Privacy Policy
LDKTech Studio processes information you choose to provide through its contact forms to review and respond to your inquiry. This policy applies to the studio's bilingual website.
Information we collect
The project form may require your name, email, project type, project goal, expected scope, timeline and message; company, target platform, budget and references are optional. The creator form may require your name, email, live format, game format and message; preferred contact channel, social profile, host mode or count and branding needs are optional. Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment data, health or biometric data, precise location, children's information or confidential third-party material.
Why we process it
We use the information only to respond to the specific inquiry, assess fit, clarify scope, protect the contact channel from spam or abuse, and preserve records when a law, contract or dispute requires it. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for advertising or newsletters without separate consent.
How an inquiry is sent
Contact is not active while the studio verifies its mailboxes. While no server-side delivery service is configured, the website infrastructure only processes a form transiently to validate it and prepare a draft, without intentionally storing the payload. The website does not report an inquiry as sent or received merely because a draft opens. Information reaches the LDKTech Studio mailbox only if you choose to send the email.
Consent
Before continuing, you must actively confirm that LDKTech Studio may process the information to review and respond to your inquiry. This acknowledgement does not cover marketing, public attribution or testimonial use. You may withdraw consent for future processing once the verified privacy channel is published on this page.
Retention
Declined or inactive inquiries are retained for no more than 90 days after the last substantive activity. Active opportunities are retained for no more than 24 months after the last substantive activity. Records are kept longer only when a law or contract requires it, after which they are deleted or appropriately restricted.
Sharing, access and transfers
Access is limited to the studio owner and the operator who needs the information to respond. The hosting infrastructure processes a request transiently to validate it and prepare a draft; the studio's approved email provider processes messages you choose to send under its terms. We do not add a dedicated form-delivery processor, CRM or analytics service at launch. If a provider outside Vietnam is used, the studio will assess and meet applicable transfer obligations before activation.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not use behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or tracking cookies at launch. Any future change must be assessed, disclosed and supported by appropriate consent controls before activation.
Your rights and contact
You may ask about processing, access or correct your information, withdraw consent, request deletion or restriction, or object. The privacy request channel is not active yet; a verified address will be published on this page before contact forms are enabled. We may verify the requester proportionately and may retain records where a valid legal obligation applies.
Security and incidents
We apply least-privilege access and appropriate account safeguards. If a personal-data incident occurs, the studio will contain it, assess its scope and make notifications required by applicable law.
Public content
Portfolio games and concept art are published under their stated labels. Information sent through a form is not published, used as a testimonial or associated with your name or logo without separate permission for that purpose.
Policy changes
If processing changes, we will update this policy and its effective date before applying the change when applicable law requires it.
